Actual facilities, services, room layouts, and policies may vary.
A booking is confirmed only after confirmation from Outland Journeys or the relevant service provider and, where applicable, receipt of the required payment.
3. Event Services
For weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and other events, the final scope of services will depend on the agreed proposal, quotation, inclusions, venue availability, supplier availability, and applicable payment terms.
Any additional services requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.
Event arrangements may involve independent venues and suppliers, and their individual terms and conditions may also apply.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices displayed or quoted by Outland Journeys may change based on availability, dates, room categories, event requirements, taxes, supplier charges, and other applicable costs.
The final price will be communicated before confirmation.
Bookings and events may require an advance payment, deposit, or full payment depending on the service.
Applicable taxes and government charges may be added where required.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the hotel, resort, venue, supplier, booking type, event, travel dates, and rate selected.
The cancellation terms applicable to your specific booking will be communicated at the time of booking or included in your booking confirmation.
Some bookings, promotional rates, event deposits, and specially negotiated arrangements may be non-refundable.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy and payment-provider timelines.

Requests to change booking dates, room categories, guest numbers, venues, event arrangements, or other services are subject to availability.

These providers are responsible for delivering their respective services.
Their own terms, policies, safety requirements, cancellation rules, and operating conditions may apply.
8. Special Requests
We are happy to communicate special requests such as room preferences, dietary requirements, celebrations, décor, accessibility requirements, and other reasonable requests to the relevant service provider.
However, special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.
9. Travel Documents & Guest Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that they have all documents, permissions, identification, visas, permits, or other requirements applicable to their travel or event.
Outland Journeys is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate information or failure to meet applicable travel or documentation requirements.
10. Force Majeure
Outland Journeys shall not be responsible for failure, delay, cancellation, or modification of services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, epidemics, transportation disruptions, venue closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, we will assist customers in finding reasonable alternatives.

Any damage, loss, penalty, or additional expense caused by a customer’s actions may be charged to the customer where applicable.
